Support that starts with people.

We built bttr because dignity, clarity, and real results should be the standard, not the exception. Every person we work with deserves support that actually feels human.

Our founder

A person who chose purpose over comfort.

Giovanny Sarabia spent years in the tech world building systems and solving complex problems. When the pandemic reshaped the world, he stepped into community service and rediscovered what truly matters: human connection, purpose, and impact.

When Giovanny entered the disability field, he listened deeply. Participants, families, and case managers shared stories of confusion, inconsistency, and feeling unseen. People wanted respect, clarity, and support that actually feels personal.

In 2025, he walked away from comfort, stability, and certainty to build an agency rooted in transparency, clarity, and human respect. That bold step became the beginning of bttr.

Support should feel clear, human, and better than what most families experience today. bttr exists to bring dignity, clarity, and progress to a system that has needed it for far too long.

Today bttr partners with Regional Centers and the Self Determination Program to deliver modern, one to one coaching focused on independence, confidence, and real life skills. Participants, families, and case managers trust bttr for its clarity, transparency, and outcomes.
