Pick a role and the hours you can consistently offer. Most professionals start with 1 match and add more as compatible opportunities open.
Estimate only. Hours depend on participant needs and compatible matches. Rates vary by role, experience, and assignment.
You set your availability. We find the match.
Most bttr field positions begin part time. Instead of assigning you wherever there is an opening, we consider compatibility between you and the people we support. As additional compatible opportunities become available, your caseload may grow.
