Work with purpose. Grow with bttr.
This is not just a job. It is a chance to make someone’s life feel possible again. If you believe people deserve real support, not quick check ins and endless supervision, you might belong here.
When the mission is real, the culture has to be too.
Every role at bttr. connects directly to someone’s progress through Regional Center services and the Self Determination Program. We keep things human, clear, and grounded in real life.
You know why your work matters
Every visit, call, and session supports a real person with real goals. The work is not paperwork first, it is people first.
Real flexibility, not chaos
We build structure that works for your life, with clear expectations, support from leadership, and no micromanagement.
Burnout has no place here
No toxic productivity and no guilt for using your time off. We protect your energy so you can keep showing up for others.
You get coached too
We do not just promote. We develop. You will be coached, challenged, and supported to step into your next level.
You are not just a name on a schedule
You do not have to go through layers of people to be heard. Leadership is present, accessible, and honest.

bttr. is rooted in the Bay Area. We know our community and hire people who care about where they live and who they serve.
