    • Experience

      1 or more years of paid experience supporting adults with disabilities for most roles.

    • Clearances

      Live Scan background check and TB test. CPR and First Aid for personal care and fitness roles.

    • Transportation

      A valid California driver license and reliable vehicle for community based roles.

    • Availability

      A consistent weekly schedule you can hold for the length of a match, plus a smartphone for documentation.

    Age 18 or older. Professional references are requested for every role.
