Walk alongside families navigating Regional Center services. Coordinate providers, build care plans, and help adults with developmental disabilities stay safely supported at home while moving toward independence.

One on one coaching for adults using the Self Determination Program. Build real life skills in money, home, tech, communication, health, and community, with sessions that take place where life happens.

Support adults with developmental disabilities in campus based Tailored Day programs. Help participants build routines, social connections, and independence in a college community setting.
