Interview and Values Alignment
If your values and experience align with bttr, you will be invited to an interview. Interviews may take place in person or online, and details will be shared with you. If selected to move forward, you will advance to the next step. If not, a member of our team will notify you.
Onboarding and Live Scan
If selected, you will receive an overview of the onboarding process. As part of this step, you will be required to complete a Live Scan fingerprint background check within three business days.
Guided Support from Our Team
All remaining steps will be explained clearly by our People Operations Coordinator, who will guide you through training, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
