bttr. is a modern disability support services agency proudly serving Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, and surrounding East Bay cities. We provide one-on-one skill-building and support services to people with developmental disabilities through the Regional Center system including RCEB, GGRC, and SARC. We also support participants under the Self-Determination Program.

Our services are built around real coaching not outdated checklists. We meet people where they are and help them build the skills they need to live with more independence, confidence, and direction. Every participant receives a customized support plan focused on their personal goals across key areas like daily living, money management, wellness, transportation, and community access.

We support participants receiving services through RCEB, GGRC, or SARC and can assist with vendor referrals or transitions under both traditional ILS funding and the Self-Determination Program. Our team also offers free in-home pre-assessments for new families exploring their options.

bttr. was created to be different. We are not a traditional ILS agency. We are a new kind of disability support organization focused on structure, skill-building, and real progress. Every service we provide is grounded in clarity, consistency, and compassion.
