bttr Living provides Tailored Day Services through the Self Determination Program for adults with developmental disabilities who want flexible, person centered support for work, college, volunteering, wellness, community life, and real daily goals.
Billed in 4 hour units with a minimum of 1 unit per week. Support can happen at home, in the community, on campus, at work, or remotely when appropriate.
Always aligned with the IPP, person centered plan, FMS, Independent Facilitator, and approved Self Determination spending plan.
College and learning
Support with campus navigation, schedules, executive functioning, communication, class planning, and connecting with student resources.
Work and volunteering
Coaching for job exploration, applications, volunteering, workplace communication, punctuality, routines, and professional boundaries.
Community and wellness
Support with transportation, social activities, gyms, classes, local events, wellness routines, safety, and community participation.

Every tailored day can blend Life, Money, Tech, Connect, Express, and Health support. The goal is not a generic day program. The goal is a real life schedule built around the person’s goals.
